This MCP server exhibits multiple critical security vulnerabilities that compromise system safety. The most severe issue is arbitrary file system traversal in security_scan() which reads arbitrary .env files from the user's home directory, exposing API keys and credentials. Additionally, unauthenticated remote calls to proofof.ai leak API keys in request bodies, check_access() auth is bypassable via environment variables, and the server executes arbitrary subprocess commands (ps aux) without sanitization. While rate limiting exists, it is client-side and easily circumvented. The authentication model lacks proper scope isolation and depends on insecure remote endpoints. Supply chain analysis found 3 known vulnerabilities in dependencies (0 critical, 3 high severity). Package verification found 1 issue.
