VerdictCode vs Verdict: Two separate enum classes exist — VerdictCode (SEAL/SABAR/PARTIAL/VOID) for verdict_wrapper and Verdict (includes HOLD/ALIVE/PROVISIONAL) for stage contracts. Keep separate to avoid breaking existing code.
