Harbor AIops is a Harbor container-registry MCP server with read-mostly tools, governed audit/budget wrappers, encrypted credential storage via Fernet/scrypt, TLS verification enabled by default, and guarded write operations (tag create/delete, async scan) with dry-run and double-confirmation. Network access to the user's configured Harbor instance and credential use are proportionate to its purpose; the main caveats are that the write paths and the undo mechanism live in modules not shown here and could not be verified, and the data-exfiltration-style read tools (scan logs, audit logs, artifact data) return registry content to the AI client, which users should be aware of.
