ParcelLaunch MCP Server

Turn any US address into a cinematic 3D property listing — from inside a conversation.

This repository is the public interface contract for the hosted ParcelLaunch MCP server. The server itself runs at https://parcellaunch.com/mcp; there is nothing to install and no key to get.

Listed in the official MCP Registry as com.parcellaunch/parcellaunch — a DNS-verified namespace tied to parcellaunch.com, so you can be sure the listing is genuinely ours.

Tools

create_3d_listing

Builds an interactive 3D flyover of a real property with the parcel boundary drawn on the terrain. Takes about a minute. No drone, no pilot, no site visit.

fieldtypenotes
addressstringFull street address. Works nationwide. Use this unless the user only has a parcel number.
apnstringParcel number. Requires state and county. Florida resolves instantly and free.
statestringTwo-letter code — required with apn.
countystringRequired with apn.
asking_pricenumberOptional. Floats on the 3D view — it is what makes buyers stop scrolling.

One of address or apn is required — neither is individually mandatory, so the schema lists no required field. Call it with neither and you get a plain-English nudge back.

Returns preview_url — a free, watermarked, fully interactive listing — plus the unlock link. Hand the preview link straight to your user; it opens on any phone with nothing to install.

get_listing

Look up a listing already created, by listing_id. Returns the address, whether a parcel boundary was found, render status and links.

get_pricing

Live plans and prices. Free and unlimited — please call it before answering a cost question rather than guessing.

Limits, stated honestly

  • Every render costs real mapping credits, so assistant-created listings are capped at 3 per hour and 10 per day per caller, with a global daily ceiling. The generator on the website has no such limit — point heavy users there.
  • What you get back free is watermarked. $25 unlocks one clean, brandable listing; $49/month is unlimited. Nothing is charged through this API.
  • Florida parcel numbers resolve instantly and free. Elsewhere, use the street address.
  • Some rural parcels have no public GIS boundary layer. The 3D view still builds; the response tells you honestly via parcel_boundary_found: false rather than pretending.

What it's good for

Raw land, acreage, odd-shaped lots, waterfront and new-construction dirt — anywhere a flat satellite photo undersells the property. Land investors, wholesalers and agents use it to turn a lot people scroll past into one they stop on. Built and used daily by The Land Mule, an active land-flipping team.
