Security scores are indicators to help you make informed decisions, not guarantees. Always review permissions before connecting any MCP server.

Permissions Found in Source Code

Found by scanning the linked source code. This listing connects to a hosted endpoint, so none of this runs on your machine: it describes what the server software does where it is hosted.

HTTP Network Access

Connects to external APIs or services over the internet.

How to Connect

Remote Plugin

No local installation needed. Your AI client connects to the remote endpoint directly.

Add this to your MCP configuration to connect:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "cc-tamloot-mcp": {
      "url": "https://mcp.tamloot.cc/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Tamloot MCP Server

Tamloot is a business AI assistant: a CRM that builds itself. It learns from your conversations and keeps a living file for every person you work with: what was said, what was agreed, what changed, and what's next.

This server connects your AI tool to that file. Ask about the people you work with, search your sessions and notes, read transcripts and tasks, and add or update contacts and notes.

Tamloot hosts the server, so there's nothing to install. This repository holds its documentation, not its source code.

You need a Tamloot account.

Configure

VS Code with GitHub Copilot. Add this to .vscode/mcp.json:

{
  "servers": {
    "tamloot": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.tamloot.cc/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http tamloot https://mcp.tamloot.cc/mcp

Claude on the web and desktop, ChatGPT. Add a custom connector and paste the endpoint.

Cursor and other clients that use a JSON config file

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "tamloot": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.tamloot.cc/mcp"
    }
  }
}

The first time you connect, your client opens a browser window so you can log in to Tamloot.

Use

Ask in your own words, and your AI tool picks the right tools. For example:

  • "What did Jordan and I agree on in our last session?"
  • "Find my notes that mention the renewal."
  • "What are my open tasks from the past two weeks?"
  • "Show me the transcript of my last session with Jordan."
  • "Add a note to Jordan's contact: prefers morning calls."

Tools

ToolWhat it does
get_contactFind a person by ID, name, email, or phone. Returns their notes and their recent and upcoming sessions.
search_sessionsSearch your sessions by keyword, contact, or date range.
get_sessionGet one session with its details and notes.
get_transcriptRead a session's transcript, in parts.
search_notesSearch your session and contact notes by keyword.
get_tasksList the to-dos Tamloot pulled from your sessions.
create_contactCreate a contact with a full name and, optionally, an email and phone number.
update_contactChange a contact's name, email, or phone.
add_contact_noteAdd a note to a contact, written as you.
set_task_statusMark a task done or not done. The task checklist in clients that show it uses this tool; your AI tool doesn't call it directly.

The server can't delete anything.

Data access

Every call runs under your own Tamloot account, so a connected tool sees only what your account can see. The database enforces this, not only the server. Tamloot keeps an audit record of each tool call. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
