Hosted MCP server for OTTO Market, Kaufland and Mirakl sellers: orders, stock, listings and ads.

About

Backlane brings your eCommerce work into your AI chat. It is a hosted remote MCP server that connects your marketplace seller accounts to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and any other MCP client.

Connect your OTTO Market, Kaufland and 50+ Mirakl-based marketplace accounts (home24, Decathlon, XXXLutz, Conforama, MediaMarktSaturn, Leroy Merlin, Fnac Darty, Carrefour and more) once in the Backlane app. Then add one URL to your AI client, sign in with OAuth, and work in plain language:

- Orders and shipments: list open orders, ship, cancel and refund - Stock, offers and prices: find low stock and update prices and inventory across channels - Listing health: find out why a SKU or EAN is not live, rejected or missing mandatory or GPSR data - Mirakl product data: fix Catalog Manager errors and failed product imports - Kaufland Buybox: compare your key products with the leading offer - OTTO Sponsored Product Ads: campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords and performance reports - Customer service: answer buyer tickets and messages, resolve incidents, accept or reject returns - Cross-marketplace analysis: compare sales of the same products across channels

Setup: no API keys or environment variables in your client. Create a free account at https://app.getbacklane.com, connect your marketplaces there, then add https://app.getbacklane.com/mcp to your MCP client and sign in. Marketplace credentials never go into the chat, write actions are confirmed before they run, and write access can be disabled per organisation. Skills and plugins for Claude Code, Cursor and Gemini CLI are on GitHub.

Built for eCommerce teams and marketplace sellers. Free during the open beta.

Security Report

8.6
Low Risk8.6Low Risk

This repository contains only documentation, setup-copy, and config-generator code for a remote OAuth-protected MCP endpoint, with no server logic, credential handling, or data exfiltration paths in the reviewed files. The main observations are minor: a string-built shell command relies on a regex guard, and the hosted service's write-capable execute tool is described but not verifiable from this code. Permissions are limited to network_http and match the business-tools category.

Security scores are indicators to help you make informed decisions, not guarantees. Always review permissions before connecting any MCP server.
